We do not collect any personal data unless you provide us with any details using the contact form or the links to email us or visit our social media. Any contact information provided to us is not stored or shared, unless through any form of subscription to any of our regular communications of newsletters or offers.
Being a small independent business, we cannot offer refunds unless an item you have purchased is faulty or damaged at the point of purchase. Any items in any sale or marked as faulty cannot be returned. If your item is not suitable, we can offer an exchange or store credit within 31 days of purchase. Any items purchased from 1st Nov onwards are eligible for exchange until 31st January the following year. If you wish to exchange any items for another item or store credit, an original receipt must be provided. Any items being returned for exchange or store credit must be in original condition with all labels and/or tags in tact. If items are purchased as part of a promotion (e.g. the Empra UK 20% bundle deal) they will only be exchanged/credited to the original sale value as shown on the original receipt. If the promotional item is being exchanged 'like for like' but the promotional period has ended, the value of the exchange is at the manager's discretion. If you have requested for us to post an item to you, it will be in the condition advertised when posted. We cannot accept liability for any damage or loss incurred during transit.
